Q: When do I get paid?

A: Funds are distributed via direct deposit on the 13th of each month(if the 13th falls on a holiday or weekend it will be sent on the closest business day). It typically takes 1-3 business days to appear in your account. You will also receive an email with your owner packet, which includes your owner statement, delinquency report, and a 12-month cash flow report.

Q: How do I access my Owner Portal and navigate through it?

A: You should receive an email and/or a text message with a registration link to your Online Portal through Appfolio. Once your password has been created through that link, you can access your Owner Portal anytime at this link. If you have any questions on how to navigate your portal you can visit this link.
